With the resignation yesterday of Lib Dem leader Sir Menzies Campbell the focus has now swiftly turned to his replacement.
Despite early frontrunners to succeed him being Nick Clegg and Chris Huhne I wonder whether a Lib Dem faithful a little closer to home might consider a climb up the political ladder.
It seems I'm not the only one turning their attention to our very own Lynne Featherstone. Michael Crick, in considering the options on Newsnight last night, pondered whether the Hornsey and Wood
Green MP might step up to be an apparently necessary token female candidate.
He might not have thought she stands a chance, but what do you think? Should we all be encouraging Lynne to represent Haringey and take control?
