AN eco-friendly classroom made of natural materials and adorned in solar panels will be opened in Muswell Hill this morning to complement the official low carbon zone.
The Living ARK is found in the grounds of Muswell Hill Primary School, at the top of Muswell Hill, and will be used for school lessons but also open for bookings from other members of the community and schools.
Haringey Councillor Joe Goldberg, cabinet member for finances, will open the distinctive building which forms part of the Muswell Hill Low Carbon Zone whose target is to reduce emissions in the area by 2012.
