Everyone taking part in the four-mile walk around Copthall Stadium in Page Street, Mill Hill, was raising money for the national charity, Cancer Research UK.
Henry Davis, a long-time supporter of the charity and organiser of the event, named the walk after his wife, Rita, who died of cancer at the beginning of the year.
Mr Davis said: "It was fabulous, we had 116 walkers and although at this stage it is too early to know how much we have raised, it looks as though we will have £15,000 plus."
