SIR - Having only been driving for 45 years, my knowledge of the Highway Code may be out of date, but can someone tell me when it was made law to park cars completely on the pavement which as far as I know is for pedestrians?
It is becoming more and more prevalent, but if it is legal then I can also do it and be an obstacle to wheelchairs and prams and also, of course, pedestrians.
No doubt someone will respond with the answer.
