Purse-snatchers have stolen from two more women shopping in Borehamwood over the last week.
In the latest of a series of purse-snatching incidents, thieves stole a purse from a 59-year-old woman as she shopped at Tesco, in Shenley Road, at 10.15am on Saturday, February 2.
Another woman's purse was stolen while she shopped in the What Everyone Wants shop at the Boulevard 25 shopping centre between 10.30am and 11am on the same day.
Police believe the incidents could be linked, and are again calling for people to protect their belongings from pickpockets when shopping.
