Fast growing Enfield & Southgate lettings specialists Martin & Co is celebrating its first year in business.
Franchisee Yash, from the firm, says: “We have had a phenomenal start and I am absolutely delighted. “We are taking on more and more properties and our name and reputation has spread quickly among the landlords and tenants in Enfield and Southgate. The company, which is located at 6 Southbury Road, is part of the national franchised network of Martin & Co, which has more than 170 offices across the UK. There are plans for 200 offices by the end of the decade. To celebrate its first year in business, the company is offering all new landlords two months fee free for every new instruction in February.
