Budget consultation meeting to take place next week

People will have the chance to share their views about how money should be spent in this year’s council budget.

Changes and cuts will be discussed at a consultation about Haringey Borough Council’s budget for the 12 months from April at the Tottenham Hale and Seven Sisters Area Forum meeting.

The meeting will take place at College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London, in High Road, Tottenham, on Wednesday, Tuesday 15, from 6.30pm to 9pm.

The council says it wants to hear people's views about council tax and what the authority should prioritise in the year ahead.

Also on the agenda will information about crime and policing in the borough with a presentation on new neighbourhood policing structure.

There will also be a workshop session where people will be able to have their say about crime and policing in their area with police officers.
