People in Haringey issued warning over the cold weather

People are being warned as they drive and walk in the cold weather as Haringey Borough Council monitors roads and pavements.
Snow and sleet are set to return to the borough later today and Haringey Council says its contractor, Veolia, will monitor the weather and carry out gritting where necessary to help keep streets and roads safe.
People can find out more information about gritting in the borough’s streets by visiting the council’s website.
