A £1million lottery prize remains unclaimed after the winner from Haringey failed to collect their prize.

The National Lottery is trying to track down the winner of EuroMillions Millionaire Raffle who bought their ticket in Haringey for the draw on New Year’s Day.

The winner could be one of the 25 people from around the country who won £1m in the draw.

Officials are on the hunt for the winning ticket and people are being urged to check their tickets to claim the prize.

The winning number selection on New Year’s Day, Tuesday January 1, 2013, was HZH020202 and winner has until Sunday June 30 to claim.

A National Lottery spokesperson said: “We’re desperate to find this mystery ticket-holder and unite them with their winnings – this amazing prize could really make a huge difference to somebody’s life as they start 2013.”
