Boy in hospital after being hit by car outside Wood Green underground station

A 14-year-old boy is in hospital after he was hit by a car during the rush hour this morning.
The boy was hit outside Wood Green underground station in High Road just before 7.45am.
The road was closed as ambulance teams attended the boy, who was taken to hospital as a precaution with what are believed to be minor injuries.
There were long delays in and around Wood Green during the morning rush hour as police and ambulance crews dealt with the incident.
