Mark Duggan pre-inquest hearing on today

A pre-inquest hearing into the death of Mark Duggan will take place today.
Mark Duggan was shot dead by police in Tottenham on August 4 2011, which sparked rioting across the country.
The hearing will take place at the Coroner’s Court, in Wood Street, Barnet from 2pm today. Judge Cutler will give directions for an investigation into Mr Duggan's death.
An inquest was adjourned on a number of occasions last year.
