Man hospitalised after tunnel accident in Eade Road Tottenham

A man is in hospital after he was injured in an underground tunnel this morning.
Firefighters were called to the scene in Eade Road, Tottenham, on a National Grid construction site where it has been reported part of the tunnel collapsed on the workman.
The man was treated in the tunnel by doctors on the site and he was then taken to hospital by London Ambulance Service.
