Worker's injuries not life-threatening after Tottenham tunnel incident

Injuries suffered by a workman involved in an accident in a underground power tunnel were not life-threatening.
The man was hurt while working on National Grid's London Power Tunnels project in Eade Road, Tottenham.
A spokesman for National Grid said the man has received medical attention and his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
He added tunnelling work has been temporarily suspended and the causes of the incident are under investigation.
