School pupils will be trying to break a world record next week to help raise money for charity.

Pupils at Northumberland Park School, in Trulock Road, Tottenham, and The Kaos Signing Choir for Deaf & Hearing Children, in Marlborough Road, Bowes Park, will be taking part in the sign2sing record attempts on Wednesday.

The two schools will be two of more than 1000 taking part in the record attempt from 2:45pm for the most children using sign language to perform songs.

The event is being organized by charity SignHealth which helps deaf children in England and Wales learn sign language and each child has donated £1 to the charity to take part in the attempt.

Sign singing was made famous last summer when The Kaos Signing Choir performed the National anthem at the London Olympic 2012.

No wonder Haringey schools are the worst in the country if they spend all their time with this PC nonsense.
