Councillors will meet tomorrow to approve Haringey Borough Council’s budget for the next financial year.

The full council meeting, which has sparked protests for each of the past two years, is due to start in Haringey Civic Centre in Wood Green High Road from 7.30pm.

Councillors are expected to discuss how cuts from central Government will affect services in the borough over the next financial year.

Last year, dozens of campaigners held banners outside the building and chanted against the cuts.

In 2011, the protesters stormed the building which halted the proceedings until they were escorted from the area.
