Businesses battle it out at The Mall Wood Green during the Retail Factor

Budding entrepreneurs will battle it out today to win two free weeks of trading at The Mall Wood Green.

Eight people desperate to get involved in the world of retail will pitch their ideas for successful businesses during the annual Retail Factor competition, backed by the Haringey Independent.

Haringey Independent reporter Hermione Wright will join Raul Mancera from the federation of small businesses and The Mall general manager Michael Thompson to judge pitches and select the best ideas.

Three businesses could win two free weeks of trading in the mall, with the most successful business put forward to win more trading, cheaper rates and cash prizes in a national competition.
