A budget clothing shop says it will create new jobs when it opens on the site of an old Royal Mail sorting office.
TK Maxx says its new branch in the Arena shopping park will create 60 new jobs in the area, when it opens on Thursday October 3.
The sorting office was closed in Green Lanes and services were moved to North London Delivery Centre, Station Road, in Upper Holloway earlier this year.
Royal Mail announced the move in September last year, which is part of a modernisation process of London services.
The company says the changes have come about due to a continuing fall in mail volumes and the move will improve efficiency in the area.
