Haringey Area Forums, hosted by Haringey Borough Council, begin next week
Haringey Borough Council has encouraged people in the borough to attend meetings to find out what is happening in their neighbourhood.
The next round of Haringey area forums starts next Monday, September 23, with a meeting of the Muswell Hill, Alexandra, Fortis Green and Highgate Area Forum.
Residents are invited to The British Legion Hall, in Muswell Hill Road, to hear about and discuss issues including the area’s police front counter and new parking measures with ward councillors and council officers.
The forum will be followed by a more formal decision-making area committee session.
Councillor Richard Watson, cabinet member for communities, said: “The area forums are a great opportunity for anyone who is interested or invested in local issues to come along and have their say.”
Meetings will continue throughout October and into November.
