The Tottenham Hotspur Foundation has secured £367,941 to run a project to help cancer patients and survivors get more exercise.

The After Cancer Exercise (ACE) scheme will be run in the boroughs of Haringey and Enfield by the foundation’s health and wellbeing department.

The charity received the money from the Big Lottery Fund to run the project over five years.

It aims give people affected by cancer the knowledge, skills and motivation to become and remain active under the care of cancer rehabilitation exercise specialists.
