A shopping centre is hosting a health and wellbeing day.
The Mall, in High Road, Wood Green, has teamed up with retailers and charities such as Weight Watchers and Change4Life to help shoppers recover from festive excesses.
On Saturday 25th January, customers will be able to have free eye tests, money off vouchers, vitamin samples, discounts and consultations for subjects such as stopping smoking and losing weight.
