Muswell Hill comes third in list of burglary hotspots
Muswell Hill came third in a list of the top 20 burglary hotspots in the UK.
According to insurance claim figures submitted to the Moneysupermarket.com website, people living in the N10 postcode area are the third most likely to be victims of burglary, with 40.9 claims per thousand people.
People in the M21 area of Manchester topped the listed with 45.2 claims per thousand people.
Herne Hill and Tulse Hill in SE24 in London came joint second with 41.8.
The figures came from 3.1 million home insurance quotes submitted over the course of a year and were based on user's reports of having made previous claims for burglary.
