Developers behing new homes in Wood Green held a ceremony to mark the milestone of reaching the highest point of the building.
The London Deputy Mayor for housing, Richard Blakeway, joined Councillor Alan Strickland and London Assembly members at the event on Thursday at Artisan Court, Lymington Avenue.
The £13.6 million project began at the end of last year after prefabricated housing and commercial buildings were demolished.
The project is partly funded by the Greater London Authority and aims to provide 66 apartments and new retail units on the site.
Seven of the apartments are designed for wheelchair access.
