Coltt Hylton from Bloomsbury, Azizi Foster of Clapton, of Mustapha Feika of Tooting and Stephen Davis of Battersea were sentenced at Southwark Crown Court yesterdat for committing 27 robberies between March and May last year.
The men twice targeted Sainsburys in West Green Road in April and May and Sainsburys in Stroud Green Road in May, as well as others across London.
The men stole between £20,000 and £25,000 by entering shops armed with screwdrivers, batons and metal poles and threatening staff and customers before raiding the tills.
Detective Constable Neil Lambourne from London Crime Squad said: "These men were committing violent robberies and terrorising innocent members of staff and customers. Their convictions and lengthy terms of imprisonment should act as a deterrent and send a clear message to criminals."
