This summer will see Haringey’s first ever “People’s Day” – a celebration of the borough’s rich diversity, talent and community spirit.
The event at Tottenham Town Hall on Saturday, June 7, will be a chance for Haringey’s residents to find out more about community and voluntary organisations in the borough and enjoy a range of talks, performances and activities.
For community and voluntary groups, the day will be an opportunity to showcase services and to network with other organisations.
Stalls will be free to stage, and applications are open now.
Information stalls will be grouped into zones covering:
- Money, skills and employment
- Health and wellbeing
- Culture
- Green
- Children and Families
- Young people
Further information is available at www.haringey.gov.uk/peoplesday
Applications should be submitted by Friday, February 28.
