Bridge Renewal Trust hosts Ride Free programme in partnership with Tottenham Hotspur Foundation and National Grid

A charity is to host a free cycling programme to help people in Tottenham keep fit and healthy.

The Bridge Renewal Trust, in St Ann's Road, has set up its Ride Free programme in partnership with the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation and National Grid.

On the first and third Saturday of every month qualified ride leaders will offer free bike rides for local residents.

People meet at the Community Hut, in Tewkesbury Road, and all abilities are catered for, with bikes and helmets provided.

It will run from 11.30am to 1pm and those who wish to take part this Saturday should call Andrew Cadman 020 8442 7649.
