Tube and overground closures this weekend might affect your journey.

The District Line will be closed all weekend between Earl’s Court and Wimbledon, while the Jubilee Line will be partly closed on Sunday between Waterloo and  Finchley Road.

On the London Overground network the platform extensions programme continues, meaning that on Saturday, trains will not run between Highbury & Islington and Clapham Junction/New Cross/Crystal Palace/West Croydon stations.

Buses through central London will be affected on  Saturday afternoon by a march from Marylebone to Parliament Square via Oxford Circus, Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square.

On the Sunday, Regent Street will be closed from 8.15am to 7.30pm, meaning buses will be diverted or stop short of their normal destination in the Oxford Circus, Piccadilly Circus and Regent Street areas.

A running event that starts and ends in Homerton Road, Hackney, on Sunday means buses will be on diversion or stop short of their normal destination in and around the Haggerston, Hackney Downs, Hackney Wick, Homerton, Victoria Park and Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park areas from 6.30am until 2pm.

On Sunday, a road race from St Paul’s Cathedral towards Bank via Mansion House means buses will be on diversion or stop short of their normal destination in the Ludgate Circus, Blackfriars, Bank, Liverpool Street, Moorgate and St Paul’s areas, between 7.30am and 1pm.
