Redevelopment plans for a mental health hospital site have been revealed.
Up to 470 flats and houses will be built on 11.5 hectares of land currently occupied by St Ann’s Hospital.
The plans, out for public consultation today, show that approximately 65 percent of the land will become residential.
A planning statement promises that the development work will not lead to the loss of healthcare services.
