The trial of a man who allegedy shot dead a rival gang member began at the Old Bailey yesterday.
Omar Murat is accused of shooting Ali Armagan, 32, leader of the Turkish gang Bombacilar, as he sat in his car outside Turnpike Lane Tube station.
Mr Armagan was seen parking his car by cab driver Suleyman Tonbul, who tipped off gang members from the rival Tottenham Boys.
Mr Armagan was then shot six times as he sat in his car in Langham Parade.
Mr Murat, of no fixed address, was arrested in January when he stepped off a Eurostar train from France, and denies committing murder.
The trial continues.
