The judicial review of the inquest of a man shot dead by police will conclude today.
The hearing will assess the verdict of lawful killing returned by the jury in the Mark Duggan inquest.
Opening the hearing yesterday morning barrister Michael Mansfield, representing the Duggan family, said that the Coroner, Judge Keith Cutler, had misdirected the jury.
In January, the jury agreed that Mr Duggan did not have a gun in his hand when he was shot by an armed police officer.
