A man Tasered and arrested by police after attacking passers-by with a scaffolding pole has been bailed to appear in court.
Daniel Imparato, aged 19, of no fixed address, was charged with possesing an offensive weapon.
He was reported to the police for behaving aggressively on Friday evening and has now been bailed to appear at Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court on August 19.
Police are still searching for a "local hero" who helped them chase and catch Mr Imparato.
