Average house prices in Courtenay Avenue, Highgate are more than £15 million, making it the fourth most exclusive street in Britain, according to Zoopla’s Property Rich List.
The average price of a home in the avenue is £16, 877, 746, but the most expensive British street, Kensington Palace Gardens, has an average house price of £42,730,706.
