Pupils who took part in a charity sunflower competition will send in their entries this month.
The children’s charity bibic, which helps young people with learning conditions, asked teenagers under the age of 16 to enter their sunflower growing competition earlier this year.
The winner will be the flower with the “fattest face”. Entrants are asked to measure their sunflower’s “face”, not including the petals, and to send the measurement with a photograph to the charity.
Carla Bloomfield, Fundraising Team Member at bibic, said the winners will be announced in October.
