Two images of a woman have been released following an assault on a train.
British Transport Police officers have released two images of a woman they would like to talk to following an assault on a train in Hertfordshire at around 6.50pm on Tuesday, June 10.
A woman is believed to have boarded the train between Stratford and Tottenham Hale, and was travelling to Bishops Stortford, when the incident occurred.
PC Christopher Fishlock said: “As the train reached Broxbourne, the woman pushed the victim from behind, pulling out a clump of hair, causing her to fall off her seat.
“I need to speak to the woman in the images I have released today, as I believe she can provide information regarding the incident. I would ask anyone who recognises her to contact us.”
Anyone with information on this incident should contact British Transport Police on 0800 405040, or text 61016, quoting reference B12/ESUB of 27/8/2014.
