Two men have denied murdering a Polish construction worker.
Luckasz Siek, 32, and Piotr Jarota, 33, pleaded not guilty at the Old Bailey to the murder of 51-year-old Franciszek Karol Malinkowski in April.
The two men also denied a series of other charges, including manslaughter, causing grievous bodily harm, robbery and fraud.
Mr Malinkowski, described by detectives as a hard-working man with no obvious enemies, was found dead in overgrown wasteland behind Ermine Road, South Tottenham.
Both Mr Siek and Mr Jarota were extradited from Italy to face the charges.
They have both been remanded in custody to return to the Old Bailey for a further hearing on November 27.
In total, twelve men were arrested in connection with the murder over the course of the police investigation.
