Haringey police aim to crack down on violent crime with a new project.
Operation Equinox hopes to reduce offences with increased inspections of pubs and bars and enforcement of no drinking zones.
Police will also try particularly hard to catch violent offenders on the run.
Detective Chief Inspector Paul Trevers, who leads the operation in Haringey, said: “Haringey Police are working closely with our partners to ensure Haringey becomes an even safer place to live, work and visit.”
