Scarecrows have invaded Muswell Hill as traders prepare for a street party.
Muswell Hill Scarecrow Festival, running until tomorrow, sees Avenue Mews decked out with scarecrows made by local artists, schools and community groups.
The festival coincides with this evening's Geisterfest on the Broadway, which will see singing, dancing, pumpkin carving and a "scary" bake-off.
The Geisterfestivities begin at 4pm along the Broadway, Muswell Hill Road, and Fortis Green Road.
