A second teenager has been charged with a driving offence after 17-year-old Joe Walker was killed in a road accident.
Mr Walker died when his moped collided with a car in Seven Sisters Road on October 19.
The teenager was travelling north when his moped hit the back of a black Ford Focus near Moreton Road at around 1pm, and he was thrown into the path of an oncoming car.
A 17-year-old boy has now been charged with driving while disqualified. He has been bailed to appear at Highbury Corner Youth Court on December 23.
Yesterday, a 15-year-old boy was charged with causing death by dangerous driving, failure to stop, causing death while uninsured, and causing death while not having a driving licence.
He appeared at Highbury Corner Youth Court yesterday, and has been bailed to appear at Blackfriars Crown Court on December 4.
A further three people have been arrested in connection with the incident, including a 16-year-old boy and two men, aged 20. All three have been bailed until January.
