A grandmother attended her first Tottenham Hotspur match at the age of 98.
Stella Miller, of Hadleigh, Essex, is a lifelong Spurs fan and watched Mauricio Pochettino’s men defeat Burnley 4-2 in a 3rd round FA Cup replay at White Hart Lane last Wednesday.
Tony Holt, 44, arranged for his grandmother to attend the game in a corporate box as a treat for her 98th birthday.
After the match Mrs Miller met former and current Spurs players including star striker Harry Kane.
Stella’s daughter Gillian Holt, 64, said: “My whole family support Tottenham and mum loves Spurs. She was very excited and she raved about it afterwards.
“She really enjoyed the whole experience, it was real VIP treatment and she felt like royalty. Hopefully she’ll be going to the Lane again when she’s in her hundreds.”
