An online appeal for information on the whereabouts of a missing man from Tottenham is gathering pace.

Ambrose, also known as Jay, Ball has been missing since Saturday January 24 when he crashed his car on Watermead Way, Tottenham in the early hours of the morning.

Facebook and GoFundMe pages have been set up to spread awareness of his disappearance and gather information about his whereabouts.

The Facebook group ‘Ambrose Ball Missing’ has more than 1,200 members and the GoFundMe page, set up to raise money to help the search for information, has received £1,237 in donations.

Twitter users have been Tweeting using the hashtags #FindAmbrose and #FindJay in an attempt to encourage people to come forward with information relating to his disappearance.

It is nearly a month since Mr Ball went missing and there are serious concerns for his safety and well-being.

Mr Ball, 30, is described as as black, around 5ft 9ins tall with stocky build. He has black cropped hair and a goatee beard and the word 'Legend' tattooed on his neck.

Mr Ball was last seen wearing a blue Stone Island jacket with a hood and a Stone Island badge on arm, blue Armani jeans, a white T-shirt and white Ralph Lauren trainers with a blue logo and blue soles.
