Plans to demolish parts of a hospital to build new flats are up for approval on Monday.
Haringey Borough Council will consider an application from the Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health trust to demolish large sections St Ann’s Hospital to make way for residential housing.
The plans include 106 flats and 7 houses on the site, which is currently occupied by hospital buildings.
Outline plans will be put forward for the conversion of existing buildings to provide a further 350 residential units and the construction of a new mental health inpatient building.
The planning sub-committee meeting is due to decide on the application at 7pm at the Haringey Civic Centre in High Road, Wood Green.
