Haringey got a little cheesier last week.
Award winning urban cheese makers Wildes Cheese held a launch event for their new expanded dairy on Thursday.
There was Tottenham beer Redemption, street food and cheesy nibbles on offer at the ribbon-cutting ceremony.
As a result of the larger premises the company will now be able to take on apprentices and offer cheese-making courses.
Wildes Cheese started in June 2012 when the owner Philip Wilton was made redundant from his job as a management consultant.
The company in Queen Street, Tottenham has since grown and has now been able to move to a larger premises.
Director Phillip Wilton said: “We are so pleased to have bigger premises as it allows us to expend and take on some young people as cheese apprentices.
“I am also excited that we are able to run home cheese making course and show people how to make cheese at home without the need for any special equipment."
