Appeal to find missing elderly man with dementia
Police are appealing for help to trace an elderly man who has gone missing.
Mehmet Salih, 78, suffers from dementia and was last seen at 11am yesterday when he left his home in Manor Road, Tottenham.
Mr Salih is Turkish, 5ft 6ins tall, of slim build with greying hair and has a prominent mole on his forehead.
He was last seen wearing a grey cardigan, green trousers and brown shoes and is believed to be in possession of a freedom pass but not any money.
Mr Salih is likely to be confused as a result of his dementia and anyone with information is asked to contact Haringey Police via the non-emergency number 101.
