Protesters will take to the streets to demonstrate against austerity.
People will gather outside Wood Green Library, in High Road, Wood Green at midday on Saturday to protest against government cuts.
The Haringey Trades Union Council believes that younger people and those from more diverse backgrounds have been taking part in similar demonstrations recently.
Haringey TUC Secretary Keith Flett said: “Such protests by their nature are unpredictable, however while covering South Wales in my job as a national union officer over the last couple of weeks I have attended the Cardiff protests and been struck by the large numbers and by the comparative youth of many present.
“It looks like a new generation, post May 7, starting to make their point of view heard.
“That can only be a good thing.”
