Help at hand for those caring for drug users

FAMILY and friends of Haringey drug and alcohol users are being offered support to help through what is a stressful and challenging time.

Haringey Drug and Alcohol Action Team (DAAT) has launched a new information guide for friends and carers, providing vital information to useful services.

DAAT also set up a support group in October 2008 called Chrysalis following recommendations of a report published in 2007.

Chrysalis meetings are held at Wood Green Library every Satruday in the MP's room from 11am until 1pm.
