Ex-Gladesmore pupil murder: evidence heard tomorrow


JURORS will start hearing the first evidence in the murder trial of ex-Gladesmore pupil Abdulkarim Boudiaf when the trial resumes tomorrow.

Abdulkarim, known as "Karim" to his friends was gunned down in Tottenham earlier this year.

Asher Vance, 24, of Grove Road, south Tottenham, is accused of shooting the 18-year-old outside the Elmhurst Pub, off Lordship Lane, on March 14.

Charlie Davies, 18, of Browning House, Shakespeare Walk, Hackney, Jack Jackson, now 19, of St Loys Road, Tottenham, are both accused of assisting Vance are both charged with one count assisting an offender and perverting the course of justice.

Richard Whittam QC, prosecuting, will argue that Johnson let Vance hide in his student flat at the University of Sussex knowing he may have been involved in a murder.

Davis is accused of driving Vance to Brighton in a further bid to hide him from the police with the knowledge that he may have been involved in a murder.
