Wood Green woman charged with role in tourist killing

A WOOD GREEN woman has been accused of withholding information from police investigating the murder of a tourist.

Kelvin Francis, 26, was found bleeding to death outside the Captain Fish & Chip shop, in High Street, Walthamstow, on Sunday, March 7, shortly before 10.30pm.

Mr Francis, from the Caribbean island of Grenada, died half an hour later from a stab wound to his neck, according to a post-mortem.

It is understood that Mr Francis was on a month-long visit to London.

Lisa Donegan, 21, of Lordship Lane, Wood Green, is accused of perverting the cause of justice and appeared at Stratford tomorrow.

David Kazim, 23, of no fixed abode, was charged with the murder of Mr Francis and will appeared at Stratford Magistrates Court on Saturday.
