A FLOURISHING community garden has been opened at a children's centre in White Hart Lane.
Toddlers and their families who use Rowland Hill Children's Centre are set to enjoy hours of fun throughout the summer.
The garden the director of Haringey's children's service, Peter Lewis, who was joined by Haringey councillors and young people to celebrate the opening.
Councillor Lorna Reith, cabinet member for children's services, said: "It’s really important for children growing up in the city to get a feel for nature – and the new garden will help with this.
"I’m sure they’ll really enjoy their time there and learn a lot at the same time."
