A MOTORCYCLIST was killed in Wood Green yesterday following a road traffic accident.
The collision, between the motorcycle and a lorry happened at around 2.55pm in High Road, Wood Green, near Haringey Civic Centre.
The motorcyclist, who is yet to be named, was killed almost instantly and died at the scene.
Part of the busy road was sealed off while police and paramedics attended the scene.
The tragic incident follows the death of another motorcyclist, 21-year-old Ibrahim Yalcin, of Crescent Road, Wood Green.
The young man was killed after his 125 Aprilla hit a lampost near a North Circular junction on July 18.
