A MAN has been charged with three sex attack in the Wood Green street where he lives.
Kaloyan Penev, 23, of Sirdar Road, was arrested yesterday on suspicion of rape, oral rape, and attempted oral rape , and a further charge of causing actual bodily harm.
The arrest comes as detectives investigate allegations of three separate attacks on women in Sirdar Road, within the last month.
On August 28, police say a woman was dragged into a garden just after midnight and allegedly raped, and the next day a 34-year-old woman was also allegedly subjected to a similar attack but managed to escape in time.
And on September 11, a 33-year-old woman suffered facial injuries as she was pulled into a garden and assaulted.
Detectives say each attacked happened as the women walked alone late at night from Turnpike Lane Station to Sirdar Road via Westbury Avenue.
