A 59-YEAR-OLD bus driver from Wood Green has been accused of dangerous driving following the death of a woman in Oxford Street.
Carlton Lewars will appear on bail at City of Westminster Magistrates Court on October 15 to face charges over the death of cyclist Jayne Helliwell.
The 25-year-old artist was killed in Oxford Street on April 14 having suffered fatal injuries when she was hit by the 390 bus, operated by Metroline, as near Tottenham Court Road station.
